Kabli Nature Centre is situated in the pine forest on the shore of the Gulf of Riga. Coastal sea, coastal meadows, versatile forests, fascinating bogs and the local scenery are the most characteristic features of the nearest surroundings. Priivitsa campfire site, a good spot for setting up a tent or making fire, is situated near the nature centre. Kabli nature study trail is also nearby.

SightsKabli Nature Centre is situated in RMK Pärnumaa Recreation Area, on the shore of the Gulf of Riga. Permanent exhibition introducing the area, documentaries, books, CDs and DVDs on nature and forest-related themes, databases, nature educational programmes and events, promotional materials and information about RMK Pärnumaa Recreation Area and other RMK recreation areas.

Additional informationCamping and outdoor fireplace at Priivitsa campfire site. You can hike along Kabli nature study trail and the RMK Hiking Route section Kopra tare–Ikla (74 km). At the permanent exhibition you can learn about the southern Pärnu County and the unique and beautiful nature of Northern Livonia—forests, fens, coastal meadows, migration of birds, and forest management. The exhibition features photo displays, revolving cylinders and portable prisms with nature photography which tell their story to the accompaniment of sounds of nature through interactive solutions.

Driving directionsDrive along old Pärnu–Riga road towards Kabli. Turn right after crossing Priivitsa stream, at the Orajõe forest district bus stop (sign to Kabli Nature Centre).
