FIRE-RISK IN ESTONIAN FORESTS IS EXTREMELY HIGH! It has been extremely dry in Estonia during spring and there is a standing forest fire warning. Therefore, smoking or making fire is not allowed in the forest, even on our camping sites.
A campfire site on the right bank of the Pede river, meant for hikers travelling by water. It is good to have a rest there before going on.

Additional informationIf you want to make campfire in a designated location, please bring firewood with you. During floods the campfire site may be under water. Please take all waste with you when you leave.

Driving directionsWatercraft can be launched in the river Emajõgi at Jõesuu by Lake Võrtsjärv, move 7 km downstream and turn into the Pede River. Continue for about 2 km upstream along the river.
