Lake Vaskna campfire site

Võru County, Haanja Nature Park
The campfire site is on the shore of Lake Vaskna and offers a magnificent view of the rolling terrain. A nice place for making campfire, camping, swimming and enjoying nature. Lake Vaskna is 242 m above the sea level; its area is 25 hectares, max depth 10 m. There are several legends about Lake Vaskna.

LocationTrolla village, Rõuge municipality, Võru County. Object no 11 on the nature park map.
Driving directionsDrive from Võru towards Luhamaa (Road no. 2, E263) and immediately after the railway crossing turn left. Go past Alexela filling station and after 500 m turn right (follow the signs “Haanja 12 km”, “Suur-Munamägi 12 km”). Drive past the Kose bus stop (Favora filling station is to the left) and go straight on to the sign of Haanja. Drive 1 km, past “A ja O” food store to the Haanja bus stop. After the bus stop follow the sign “Trolla 2 km” to the left and drive about 2 km until you see the lake to the right of the road. After the lake turn right and there is the parking area and the sign “Vaskna järve lõkkekoht”.
