Vanajõe valley campfire site

A campfire site under the shade of a pine grove. Sand outcrop of the Vanajõe valley is a short walk away. After the walk you can have a pleasant picnic by the study trail.

SightsThe valley is a 10 metres deep erosion in gentle sand dune landscape, with a stream running through it. The water of the stream is exceptionally pure and feeds mostly from springs.

RestrictionsThe campfire site is situated in the special management zone of Vanajõe valley, Tihu Nature Reserve, tent camping is not allowed here.  Information about restrictions can be obtained from the Environmental Board (+372 662 5999, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).

Driving directionsThe campfire site is situated at Puski–Emmaste road (route 84). If you travel by car, drive 4 km from Puski towards Emmaste and turn right at the campfire site sign.
