Viti campfire site

The campfire site is situated on one of the highest kames of Vitipalu where is the observation tower. Suitable for those who walk along the long primeval valley of Elva River or on the shorter hiking trail of Lake Viti, or simply enjoy a forest holiday.

Restrictions Campsite is situated in Elva Landscape Reserve. For additional information about restrictions contact the Environmental Board (+372 662 5999, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
Location Ketneri village, Nõo municipality, Tartu County
Driving directions Fom Elva drive 4.4 km south along Palupera road, turn left onto Vitipalu quarry road and after 900 m at the crossroads turn right onto Vitipalu road. After 1.2 km there is a sheltered parking lot on the left side of the road. The campfire site can be reached on foot along the Lake Viti hiking trail, less than 700 m.
