  • In the case of high water, the use of a campfire site may be difficult
  • The Emajõgi River is navigable in its entire length.
  • Restrictions This is a Natura 2000, Ramsar and IBA site. In the territory of the Nature Reserve are certain restrictions. Further information about restrictions can be obtained from the Environmental Board (+372 662 5999, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).

    Driving directionsThe campfire site can only be reached by water. The campfire site is located in the Peipsiveere nature reserve, on the right bank of the Emajõgi River, at a distance of approx. 3.5 km from the Kantsi slip at the beginning of the RMK Emajõgi study trail towards Peipsi. When driving along the Emajõgi River from Tartu, it is about 34.5 km to the campfire site.
