Valgesoo bog campfire site

There is no car access to the parking lot as there is the reconstruction work of the tower until June 2019. The car can be left at the beginning of the road (approx.150 m to the object on foot). Additional information +372 516 9845

A nice rest stop for hikers at the edge of Valgesoo bog. The campfire site is on the RMK Peraküla-Aegviidu-Ähijärve hiking route.

LocationPõlva County, Põlva municipality, near Kiidjärve–Kärsa road. Object no 18 on the recreation area map.
Driving directionsDrive from Tartu towards Põlva along the Põlva-Reola Road. 10 km before Põlva turn left towards Kiidjärve at Koorvere intersection. Drive along Akste-Häätaru Road (road no. 18138) for 7 km and then turn right into a forest road at the Valgesoo sign. Drive 200 m to the campfire site.
