- Ticket office and entrance to the animal park are closed half an hour before the animal park is closed.
- We accept both cash and card payments. Groups can also pay by bank transfer. In this case, a letter of guarantee shall be presented to confirm payment. The letter of guarantee shall serve as a basis for invoicing.
- Free entrance is allowed to one supervisor per 6 children in preschool children's groups, and one supervisor per 10 children in school groups.
- The group accompanist is obliged to make sure children follow the rules in the animal park.
- Visitors are not allowed to enter the animal park with pets.
- Catering needs to be booked in advance
